The Empathy Bridge breaks up the research-based effective empathy practices into segments that follow a story arc. This bridge framework can be incorporated into any interactions with guests, program-based or casual. While this was originally developed by Woodland Park Zoo, staff at that zoo have shifted to using the Empathy Wheel in guest interactions.
